Nirupa aged 48 yrs a Veena exponent displays tremendous promise as a talented and versatile Veena artist .
From the age of seven the rigorous and painstaking traditional training has resulted her as a master in handling the instrument and rendering exquisite and melodious music.
She is extremely fortunate to have arduous Gurus such as Mrs Kamala Aswathama and Mrs Revathy Sreenivasan who are the stalwarts in this field.
Her dedication and sincerity to Sasthriya Sangeeth was helpful for the purity and precision in rendering ragas and strict adherence to the tradition.
It is a mind dwelling experience to hear the divine ragas and compositions from the outcome of Nirupa’s Veena.
She has performed various concerts in India as well as abroad and in television programs too.
Academically she is a qualified Veena Sangeetha Vidwan from Tamil Nadu Eiyal Isai College and posses a Master’s Degree in Music from Madras University.
